It is a good idea to read reviews of the companies you might want to work for to learn what it is like to actually work for them. Glassdoor is a good resource for reviews, and they also talk about salary ranges and interview experiences.

Using LinkedIn to receive automatic job search listings
You can Configure Linkedin to get texts or emails when relevant listings are posted. In order to do so, you can follow the following steps:
Click on this link
Click on the Job & Opportunities tab
Make sure you check the "Alerts about jobs you may be interested in" Box. Make sure you select the right frequency (either periodic or daily)
To manage types and frequency of Linkedin emails, follow the following steps:
Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown.
Click the Communications tab at the top of the page.
Under the Channels section, click Change next to Email frequency.
Next to each type of email, choose whether you want to receive them or not by checking the box. You can also adjust frequency for some email types by clicking the Right icon.
